--Point [1]: Specialization in women's healthcare and acute medical care--

We are active predominantly in the areas of women's healthcare and acute medical care.
In women's healthcare, we handle hormone drugs that can be of service extensively in obstetrics and gynecology for the young and old. In acute medical care, we push forward every day to deliver high-added-value, high-quality products for this area of care, which coincides with risks to life, starting with our long-selling x-ray contrast media, Oypalomin, and other items like biosimilars and oncology pharmaceuticals.

--Point [2]: Specialization in injections--

Injections account for half of Fuji Pharma's sales.
At our Toyama Plant, we are investing in our facilities by specializing in injections, including hormone drugs. We have increased our corporate value in the injection field by introducing production lines that can manufacture products under aseptic conditions--rare in Japan--and investing in facilities that conform to trilateral GMP. In the future, we will develop Toyama's high-quality pharmaceuticals, not only domestically but also globally, to contribute to healthy living of all the people in the world.

--Point [3]: Introduction of the "virtues"--

On another principle that the growth of Fuji Pharma is directly proportional to our own growth, we give the highest priority in our management to continuing to provide an environment where each employee can grow as a person.


We have a structure that implements extensive skill improvement and follow-up training and supports employee growth as a matter of course, and our "virtues," created with the thought that employee growth is most important, is an evaluation system Fuji Pharma values very highly. With superiors and subordinates rating employees in 19 established categories fairly and in a multifaceted way, employees can reflect on what parts of them are appreciated and what is considered an issue using an objective index. We believe that they increase their appeal as people and as Fuji Pharma employees by overcoming their own issues one by one and that we can achieve even further growth if there are more employees like them.
